Peaches n Cream
Using the leftover pie pastry from the quiche, I baked them separately to make a quick dessert.
Coat some fruit in a spoonful of sugar and refrigerate.
When the peaches are syrupy, scoop some in a bowl with some ice cream or cool whip and add a piece of pastry. Top with fresh mint.
You have yourself a quick and healthy dessert!
