Using Korean-Cuisine's recipe, I made kimchi jigae this weekend. I LOVE Korean food, but was always intimidated to cook it myself - all the different ingredients, the process, not sure if it tastes right. After reading numerous recipes and with some encouragement by Five Spice Duck, I thought I would give it a go. I am particular fond of soups!
I combined the ingredients using the recipe. For the meat, I used cut pork ribs and a glass pot to cook the soup. In the end, I also added an egg.
It was sooooooo tasty!
