Plump Persimmon Tomatoes
The squash was getting so overwhelming that I had to stake them up. This isn't going to last long. I already see some kind of bug infestation at the base of the plant. If more patty pan squash do not develop soon, I'm going to yank out the plants to make room for some herbs.

I think I'm reaching a point where it's too hot for tomatoes to grow, unfortunately. The flowers are burning off of the plant!
I'm really sad to do it, but most tomatoes around here only last until July. Guess it's time to let the peppers flourish!
By the way, you convinced me to plant pickling cukes next year.
My squash is on its way to being overwhelming, but I think I'll wait a little while longer!
